Quality Control is vital to Hongqiao since we know how it’s important to our customers. This is the basis we both sides can gain steady development. All of our customers keep long cooperation with us due to this. Strict quality control comes from:

To some extent, molds’ quality affects the parts’ quality:

We’ll guarantee production feasibility by enough feasible and pre-analysis such as DFM, mold flow analysis, mold layout. Meanwhile rich experiences in mold structure and different product material also support for it greatly.

During molding process, we’ll check the mold’s dimensions timely and check the samples’ dimension surely. Basic dimensions would be checked by caliper, depth gauge, height gauge, etc. Some critical dimensions would be checked by 2.5MM, 3MM.

Last but not least, throughout the whole production process, from prototypes to mass production, we monitor its procedure, in order to guarantee the whole quality. For mass production, APQP, 8D, 5S, SOP/SIP would be run through whole process, all the related workers would be trained timely; continuous improvement is always necessary.
